Engagement Type: Contract (Outside IR35) Description: Our end client, a leading organisation within the Public sector, is seeking an experienced Azure Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernising legacy systems, integrating data sources, and building secure, high-performance applications within the Azure environment. Minimum Years Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Azure. 5 Key Skills Required: Strong experience with Azure PaaS services (e.g. Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus, API Management). Proficiency in C# / .NET Core and building RESTful APIs. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform). Solid understanding of data integration and storage (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Blob Storage). Knowledge of security and identity management (Azure AD, Managed Identities, Role-Based Access Control). 5 Areas of Responsibility: Design, develop, and deploy Azure-based applications and integrations to support university-wide digital initiatives. Collaborate with solution architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable cloud solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing within Azure DevOps. Optimise system performance, security, and cost management across Azure environments. Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for production systems. .
Engagement Type: Service Desk Management. Description: Service Desk Manager required for a global organisation, the successful individual will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance all end user services. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience of running a modern user centric support function in an international business. - Management of ITSM tools (service desk, auto deployment, patching, remote support, etc). - Strong experience of running a service desk on Single Point of Contact principles and managing the escalation to third line or external resource where necessary. - Hands on technical knowledge of M365 architecture and administration, and an understanding of Microsoft best practice. - Familiar with setting up, managing and administering IT Service governance, ideally aligned with ITIL principles. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Work as an integral part of the MIS team to ensure the timely resolution of day-to-day operational issues and ongoing support of users. - Manage the process of upgrading & replacing desktop applications & operating systems as required to ensure service levels are met. - Taking ownership of technical issues and escalating to other teams or external support companies as required. Track progress on issue resolution and communicate to users as necessary. - Identify and communicate potential opportunities for system and service improvement, enhancement and optimisation. - Manage the service desk system and other tools used by the service desk team.
Engagement Type: Implementation Description: We are working with a large Microsoft Partner, seeking a Dynamics F&O Technical Architect for their team on a contract basis and assist with multiple D365 F&O projects they are currently working on. Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: Previous experience as a Technical Architect. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/365 in Finance and Operations. Experience in building and operating successful Dynamics F&O support teams. Experience in writing & document technical Specifications. Implementation of AX/D365 experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: Lead the design and development of technical solutions which enhance Dynamics. Work with the Head of Development to implement best practices. Work with the business to promote the technical capabilities of Dynamics. Identify technical training needs within the team and coach other team members.
